We are committed to creating an environment that supports mental well being in all of our children and adults within our school community with a special emphasis on self care, effective communication and the promotion of social and emotional growth. Many sufferers of depression often look to the support found in their spiritual communities, in literature or in their own network of friends and neighbours. I have also included some wonderful picture books to share with young children and teens who may be at risk of developing mental health problems or for families who are struggling.
