This week, we are focusing 'Take Notice' from our 5 ways to wellbeing.
Have you ever heard of taking a line for a walk? All you need is a pencil and a piece of paper!
Find a nice calm, quiet spot with no distractions. Put your pencil on the paper, and just see where it goes.
The only rules is that the paper shouldn't leave the paper, and you are not drawing pictures, if possible.
Try and focus just on the activity: can you hear the noise the pencil makes on the paper? Does it move easily across the paper? What kind of lines are you drawing?
When you have finished, you can leave the line as it is, or add some colour if you like. The idea is to relax and focus on what you are doing. Take notice of how it feels.
