It may sound strange to say that doing something for someone else will make you feel better, but I promise you it will. So, how about some 'guerilla' good deeds!? Can you try and do something for someone else at home, without giving them any warning? Surprise them with something nice! What would make someone in your family happy? Doing a job around the house without being asked? Making them something? Planning a treat for them? Writing them a note to tell them how much you love them and saying thank you for helping you?
