Mistakes at Aston Rowant are expected, respected, inspected and corrected. After all, we believe that by making mistakes we are on a journey to learning something new. Our bespoke creative curriculum shapes the academic and personal development of each child so that they can experience and reflect on their mistakes as part of the learning journey, allowing them to flourish as unique individuals. Children are encouraged to persevere and cope well when things are tricky, they overcome barriers and make wise personal choices. Mistakes have the power to turn us into something better than we were before. Through their understanding of our core Christian values and our 'growth mindset' philosophy, children gain confidence to listen, question and challenge themselves in pursuit of wisdom.
