Eco Warriors are elected pupil leaders passionate about caring for the environment.

What Eco Warriors Do

• Promote recycling, energy saving and sustainability
• Lead environmental campaigns
• Support our Eco School Award and Green Tree School Award
• Help manage wildlife areas and outdoor learning spaces
• Work closely with Young Climate Warriors to lead weekly Eco Challenges
• Conduct energy and litter audits
• Model environmental responsibility to others

Why This Role Matters

Eco Warriors lead by example, showing how young people can take action to protect the planet and care for God’s creation. Their work shapes attitudes across the school, inspiring others to make sustainable choices. By promoting recycling, running Eco Challenges and supporting our national awards, they help connect environmental responsibility with everyday school life. Eco Warriors show that even small actions have a big impact — and that stewardship begins with children.
