Our online safety work produces children who are digitally literate, critically aware and confident navigating online spaces.
Impact includes:
- Understanding of the risks and benefits of technology, especially AI, as highlighted by the 2026 Safer Internet Day theme.
- Confidence to report concerns, knowing who to talk to and how to seek help.
- Ability to identify misinformation, manipulative content and unsafe interactions.
- Knowledge of privacy, passwords and data protection.
- Respectful online behaviour, including kindness, courtesy and digital responsibility.
- Awareness of mental health impacts of online activity.
This work is embedded throughout the year, not confined to one week.
