Our School Council created this year’s Action Plan by: 

• Reviewing last year’s priorities 
• Analysing Whole School Pupil Voice 2026 
• Meeting with Mrs France, SLT and governors 
• Identifying areas pupils care about most 

Following our recent whole school pupil voice survey our priority areas are: 

• New Library Development - ensuring pupil voice shapes design & resourcing 
• Outdoor Learning & Equipment - responding to strong pupil demand 
• Wellbeing & Safety - building on high levels of pupil confidence in feeling safe 
• Leadership & Roles - strengthening responsibilities for KS1 and EYFS 
• Courageous Advocacy - expanding environmental and charity projects 
• Classroom Learning Environment - supporting feedback on organisation & resources
