We regularly review and reflect upon the OSCB’s learning from audits, multi-agency reviews and serious case reviews, recognising the OSCB’s emphasis on continuous improvement across the partnership.

We stay informed through NSPCC safeguarding updates, sector briefings, and the annual updates to KCSIE, ensuring that our policies and procedures reflect the very latest statutory requirements and emerging risks. By staying connected to national and local safeguarding developments, we ensure our safeguarding culture remains dynamic, reflective and responsive.
