Curriculum Enrichment

At our school, curriculum enrichment is not an add‑on - it is a core part of who we are. We believe every child deserves a rich, ambitious and inspiring education that nurtures knowledge, character, curiosity and confidence. As a small school with big ideas, we offer a breadth of experiences that ensure learning is relevant, memorable and transformational.

As recognised by Ofsted:

It may be a small school, but everyone here has big ideas. The school’s strapline of ‘growing together’ encourages pupils to do this. The headteacher cultivates an ambition for every child to achieve well with no limits placed.

 (Ofsted, May 2022)

Our Enrichment Vision

Our curriculum enrichment reflects our Christian vision of Growing together, rooted in God, enjoying fullness of life and is underpinned by our school values GROWTH. Through carefully planned enrichment opportunities, pupils learn to:

  • develop their talents and interests
  • understand the wider world
  • grow in resilience, responsibility and compassion
  • and aspire beyond perceived limits

Ofsted confirmed that:  "The school’s curriculum is well thought out and aspirational."
