e. Wellbeing Club (Wednesdays)

Led by Mrs Boddy – Wellbeing Lead (TA)

Wellbeing Club is a calm, nurturing space designed to support pupils’ emotional health, self‑regulation and confidence. Sessions are flexible and responsive, changing week‑by‑week to meet the needs of the children. 

Activities include: 

  • Mindfulness and relaxation exercises 
  • Strategies to manage emotions and stress 
  • Calm reflection and quiet time 
  • Gentle social activities to build friendships and connection 

Each week’s focus is shared with pupils in advance, allowing them time to reflect and make an informed, independent choice about whether to attend. This empowers pupils to understand their own needs and take responsibility for their wellbeing. 

Wellbeing Club supports pupils to develop lifelong skills that positively impact behaviour, learning and relationships, both in school and beyond.
