Why This Role Matters
Class jobs teach children the importance of responsibility, teamwork and pride in their environment. By rotating roles fairly, every pupil learns valuable life skills: organisation, cooperation, reliability and care for shared spaces. These roles foster independence and help children contribute to the smooth running of the classroom. They embed the belief that everyone has a part to play.
