If a place cannot be offered at Aston Rowant CE Primary School, parents have the statutory right to appeal.

Appeals Are Managed By

The Oxford Diocese Independent Appeals Panel, who hear appeals on behalf of the Admission Authority.

Class Size Legislation (Reception, Y1, Y2)

Because class sizes in these year groups are legally capped at 30 children per teacher, appeals for these year groups can only succeed in a small number of specific circumstances.
