Complaints

At Aston Rowant, we are committed to working in partnership with all our families. If you ever have a concern or are unhappy about any aspect of school life, we want to hear from you. Most worries can be resolved quickly through an informal conversation with your child’s class teacher or a member of staff.

If you feel your concern needs a more formal response, our Complaints Policy explains clearly what to do and how we will support you. We always aim to deal with complaints fairly, promptly and respectfully, with your child’s wellbeing at the centre of every step.

Safeguarding concerns are always treated as a priority and are directed immediately to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
