Wellbeing
At Aston Rowant, wellbeing is the foundation of flourishing. It shapes our school culture, our relationships, our curriculum and our vision. We believe that children thrive when they feel safe, seen and supported, and that emotional security allows them to grow academically, socially, morally and spiritually.
Our approach to wellbeing is rooted in our Christian vision of “Growing together, rooted in God, enjoying life in all its fullness,” and our G.R.O.W.T.H values of Gratitude, Resilience, Outreach, Wonder, Trust and Harmony.
Wellbeing is not a standalone initiative: it is the heartbeat of school life.
Our Wellbeing Intent
We aim to create a community where:

- Staff model compassion, fairness and calm consistency
- All children are empowered to flourish as unique individuals
