Our theme this term

What Makes Me Me? is our exciting new whole school topic, designed to get our children thinking about just what it is about themselves that is unique, wonderful and different.

 During this Autumn term, pupils will explore the theme of ‘What Makes Me Me?’’, discovering how our uniqueness and wonder show through in everyday life. The term will be built around engaging activities across all of our subjects- children will investigate ideas of self in Science, of personalities and motivations in stories in English, how religious beliefs structure our ways of acting and living in RE, and expressing our thoughts and passions through art. This topic will encourage thoughtful discussion, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for how wonderful we are, how we should trust in our own abilities and grow our learning using our beliefs.
