Dear Parents
Due to the snow today and freezing temperatures forecast overnight, I have taken the decision to close school tomorrow. Having spoken to villagers in Aston Rowant, the roads and school site is treacherous and the safety of the children and everyone travelling is paramount. Please stay safe if you are out and about on the roads tomorrow. I will update this blog tomorrow with the aim to open as usual on Tuesday. If you would like snow day activities for your children, I would suggest a polar themed project, lots of baking, writing snow poetry and snowy art work. Any work completed at home must be brought to school so that we can display. Of course lots of reading, learn your phonics/spellings/ times tables. Enjoy the snow everyone. Stay safe. Mrs Roberts x
